back to school

On the first day of highschool I thought it would be a great idea to bring all of my equipment that I could need for school, and by all I mean ALL! I brought every single book, art brushes, a calculator, the sport uniform and more. Doing that left me with a sore back, broken drink bottle and a new mindset. Now four years later, on the first day of school I bring a book, a pen and my lunch an that is about it!

Good luck to those who are returning to school after the 6 week summer holidays we will all be waiting another few hundred days for. I hope this year is organised and that you have heaps of fun along the way.

Rimmel has to be my favourite 'drugstore' makeup brand.

The other day I was looking in the makeup section of my local target and I saw this cute baby pink makeup bag. Inside it had 4 Rimmel makeup products - eyeliner, mascara, lipstick and nailpolish and all for $10! I had to buy it.

Lasting Finish Lipstick in '170 ALARM'
A classic cool toned red lipstick.

Precious Stones Nail Polish in 'Diamond Dust'
This sparkly nailpolish is so pretty and only 2 coats are needed.

Scandaleyes Rockin' Curves Mascara in 'Extreme Black'
This mascara lengthens your lashes and adds a welcome curl.

Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal Eye Liner in 'Taupe'
Taupe with a slight shimmer, looks great on the tightline and/or waterline as well as lasting because of the waterproof formula.

An independent fashion magazine about fashion, art, beauty, music and films.

The fashion bible, showing runways, trends and some of the biggest models in the editorials.

top 4: december favourites

image
December is sadly over, Christmas and New Years celebrations have been and gone and we have welcomed a new year, hello 2015!

Here are 4 of my favourite things from December other than Christmas and who could forget those Boxing Day sales!

1. Max Factor Foundation
My new go to foundation. It has a medium coverage which is great for summer and it is just so light!

2. Covergirl x Olay Powder
Such a nice powder, with light coverage and a matte finish that goes on so smoothly with the sponge applicator or a powder brush.

3. Ulta 3 Nailpolish in 'Earl Grey'
I haven't taken this off since I got it! It is a taupe colour that suits many skintones and goes with everything.

4. Equip Midi Rings
These delicate gold rings go with almost everything and look so lovely.
